Baked Apple Recipe

You need:
4 large firm apples or 6 small firm apples
1 cup Lotus Fine Foods Cranberry & Cinnamon Quinoa Granola
1 tbsp. butter
ΒΌ cup maple syrup
Frozen yogurt (optional)

Core apples and make a shallow cut through skin around the centre to prevent the skin from bursting. Place the apple in a baking dish with enough water or apple juice to cover the bottom of the dish.

Combine the Cranberry & Cinnamon Quinoa Granola with maple syrup and melted butter in a bowl. You may add pecan or walnuts if you like. Spoon into each apple. Bake at 350 F for about 40 min (time will range depending on size and firmness of apple.

Serve with frozen yogurt and drizzles maple syrup on top to ganish.
