Gluten-Free Breakfast Cookies

You need:
2 eggs
½ cup sunflower oil
1 cup brown rice flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ gluten free oats
1 cup Lotus FIne Foods Cranberry & Cinnamon quinoa granola
¼ cane sugar
¼ maple syrup
¼ walnuts

 

Preheat oven to 350 F.  Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

Mix together the oil, eggs, sugar and maple syrup. In another bowl stir the dry ingredients together. Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Spoon dough onto prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes.
