intigratesIn a parfait or ice cream glass, start with a dollop of honey or maple syrup. Make layers as follows:
Greek yogurt, Berries, Lotus Fine Foods Granola. Make the dollops small enough so you can get two full sets of layers. End with granola and drizzle a little extra honey or maple syrup on top.

Gluten-Free Breakfast Cookies

intigratesPreheat oven to 350 F.  Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Mix together the oil, eggs, sugar and maple syrup. In another bowl stir the dry ingredients together. Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Spoon dough onto prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes.

Fruit Mini Muffins

intigratesPreheat oven to 350ºF. Cream butter, add eggs and agave in a bowl. Add the juice and rind of a tangerine. Mix dry ingredients into another bowl. Blend the dry and wet ingredients together. Using an ice cream scooper, scoop the dough into mini muffin tin and bake for about 12 min.

Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cream butter, add eggs, vanilla and agave in a bowl. Mix dry ingredients into another bowl. Blend the dry and wet ingredients together. Using a melon baller, scoop the dough onto a prepared baking sheet (parchment paper is a staple in my house), spacing the portions 1 inch apart and gentle press down with to help them spread. Bake for about 12 min.

Apple and Raspberry Crisp

intigratesPreheat oven to 350ºF. Peel and cut apples. Add the raspberries and lemon juice. Melt the butter in another bowl, and then add maple syrup and granola. Gently add the granola topping onto the apple mixture and bake in the oven for 40 min.
